Maryanne,

I see that the job is *not* currently enabled in your Alma instance.

You (and anyone wanting to purge letters for whom the job is not already enabled)  should open an SF ticket, and ask them to enable that job for you. You cannot enable it from the customer side.

That job is scheduled to run weekly, but is otherwise not configurable.

You can look in Monitor Jobs / Scheduled Jobs to see when it runs in your environment (I'm not sure if it runs at the same day and time for everyone)
