Wade, I apologize I am going to have a series of historic questions. I am stuck on the desk so can't get to a proper training quite yet.

I know you showed me this section, but I can't figure out how to get to it from here:

I clearly recall the community zone and the listing of databases (some with the wonky default) ...but can't find it.

As discussed in the Tuesday call this morning, at least a few institutions have experienced a loss of the portfolio set in their ProQuest Research Library activation.

We don't know what caused this, and not all institutions appear to be affected.

But please check your own ProQuest Research Library collection activation.

If your collection no longer contains portfolios, please activation the "Research Library" collection for ProQuest in the Community Zone (shown below).

If you have questions, please reply to this thread, so that we keep all q & a in this discussion.



Activate this collection:

If your existing collection appears like this, with no portfolios:

If your existing collection still contains the portfolios, no action is needed.
