[Wactclc-primo] HTTP 400 error when opening a full record in a new tab

Hey all,

Has anyone seen HTTP 400 errors in new tabs when attempting to open a full
record in a new tab? Specifically with right clicking on the brief record
title and selecting to open the link in a new tab.

Here's a sample record where this is occurring:
https://sbctc-edcc.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/discovery/fulldisplay?docid=alma991667080602809&context=L&vid=01STATEWA_EDCC:EDMONDS&lang=en&search_scope=MyInst_and_CI&adaptor=Local%20Search%20Engine&tab=Everything&query=any,contains,franchis*&facet=searchcreationdate,include,2012|,|2019&facet=rtype,include,books&offset=0.
Even trying to copy/paste this link into a new tab still shows a 400 error.
Switching to another browser replicates it too.

If I remove the query attributes (&query on), the link works:
https://sbctc-edcc.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/discovery/fulldisplay?docid=alma991667080602809&context=L&vid=01STATEWA_EDCC:EDMONDS&lang=en&search_scope=MyInst_and_CI&adaptor=Local%20Search%20Engine&tab=Everything.
So presumably this has something to do with recreating the search result
list as part of loading the record in a new tab.

Anyone else experience this?
