Note that Zoom now provides an audio transcript with the recording, which I believe is a recent development.

(As an aside, those of you who follow market news may be aware that Zoom completed a very successful IPO recently, and is now a publicly traded company.

The first time I used Zoom, one of the first things I did afterwards was check if they were publicly traded, so I could invest :). Because I felt like the product was spot-on, compared to other online collaborative tools I've used. They were not public at the time.)
