[Wactclc-primo] GVRL linking question

This was mentioned in this morning's meeting, but I noticed that our GVRL titles aren't linking properly.
If you search by full title, I can find the GVRL titles and the linking works as expected. Article level linking doesn't work at all, and takes you to a Gale login screen.
Our titles are activated from the CKB.

Am I correct that is no solvency other than putting in a SalesForce ticket with ExLibris?
