But one easy thing to check, for you or anyone else, is the quarter for which you are extracting students.

You should be using the code for summer quarter, 2019 / 2020.

Which, if I'm not mistaken, is B901.

The employee extract includes all current employees, so no quarter designation is required or included in the configuration for the employee job.

Hello Folks!  Never posted before.  I am the one who schedules our two patron load jobs once each quarter.  Other than a small hiccup early on in my job here, we've had no issues.  Until now.
For some reason we cannot ascertain either ourselves or with the help of Dave McKay and someone here on the Enrollment Service side , the daily jobs that synchronize with our SMS data, and which were running successfully since I edited them on May 20, last ran on June 28th and then just stopped running.
Our student data is not yet updated for Summer quarter so obviously we are anxious to get this resolved; but we have limited knowledge to work with.
I have tried scheduling these jobs several times to run overnight, and nothing changes.  Yesterday, I finally made two new jobs to run, and apparently they did.  The ALMA synchronization job has been running successfully, too.
Can anyone shed light on what we might to do move this along to a solution?  We're desperate.
