[Wactclc-primo] Patron groups in IPEDS report

Hi all:



We've noticed that there have been a large number of loans made to a patron group without a category in Circulation by Patron Group in IPEDS.

Has anyone else noticed anything like this and can think of why that would be? Is this an indication of a problem with our patron records?



I ran a Fulfillment report in Analytics of patrons with a patron group of Null and the results were weird, returning two records, one of which had a Patron ID of -1, the other a Patron ID that was null. Not sure what I can do next to figure this out.
