[Wactclc-primo] strange cover image issue

Amy,

Looks like there is an ISBN # in your record (9780060391102) that matches Russian Roulette.

There is also the correct ISBN in the record.

That's probably why it's a bit of a game "Russian roulette" (d'oh!) as to which book cover art you see each time you pull up the record.

And probably, once you get a cover in your local cache, you keep seeing the cached one.

Also, just FYI, the cover art comes compliments of Google Books. Which can also be a source of book cover issues at times, when they get ISBNs mixed up, or if duplicate ISBNs get issued.

Strange Primo issue I can't resolve.  One of our books is sometimes showing the correct cover image for "All That The Rain Promises", but mostly showing a cover image for a completely different book that we don't even own "Russian Roulette."  The first time I clicked on the link it gave me the correct image but when I cut and pasted the link I got the wrong image.  Now no matter what I do I get the wrong image.  Using the "inspect element" tool in the browser, I could see that the correct image was coming from Syndetics and the incorrect one is coming from Google Books.

I can't find that it's happening with any other titles that I've spot checked.  It's happening to multiple library employees on their own computers, so not just my computer or browser.  Thoughts??
