[Wactclc-primo] [External] Problem with DOAJ items and the View It window in Primo

Daniel, my Primo doesn’t do that, here’s what I see whether I click on the title or the Full Text Available link from the results list.  I wonder if you have Direct Linking activated?  We do not have Direct Linking activated in this version of Primo, although we used to do it in the old version.

There's currently a problem with how DOAJ items are configured to display in the View It section of the full record page. You can see that the Alma mashup window is loading what it thinks is the actual article(and it may very well be) but the mashup window isn't configured to behave as an iframe for external resources: it doesn't expand to fit the material and there's no way to scroll the iframe itself.

I remember that this has to do with how the View It links are configured in the mapping table, so I have submitted a case to ExL to address it: case #00608583.

The resource is accessible by clicking the "full text available" link at the top of the page, but, most users I think are accustomed to accessing web resources in the View It section.
