[Wactclc-primo] Primo facets - left vs right - please check your Primo instance

Ryer,

I added Centralia to the ticket to get the facets moved to the left.

There is a setting in the PBO for current Primo to move the facets, but because we are totalcare we do not have access to it ourselves.

ExL support should have Centralia updated shortly.
