Regarding Maryanne’s level-of-effort question…

The process isn’t particularly arduous.

I’d estimate no more than 2 hours a week for 6 weeks.

The work mainly involves going through a checklist (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1pa1UFXdVCM2T6E_PC1kiAlkv04Ps2b20/view?usp=sharing ) to ensure that your Primo VE looks and works like you want, to and work with Ex Libris through the project Basecamp (same as we did with Alma implementation) to make that happen.

And of course I’ll be following the progress and working with all of the implementations closely.

Tentative schedule would be to start implementation in Mid-Feb, with go-live during Spring break or thereabouts.
