[Wactclc-primo] Primo VE migration for winter quarter

For anyone thinking about migrating for winter quarter, I'll say that my
experiences with VE so far have been painless, and that the switch from NUI
to VE is 95% easier and less time consuming than Classic to NUI.

Plus the instant publishing of data from Alma to Primo is *awesome*.
