[Wactclc-primo] Alma / Primo Call - Nov 20 - Fulfillment Network discussion

For next week's call, I would like to host an open discussion with our Alma / Primo group on the staffing and workflow impact of fulfillment network implementation within the consortium.

As you know, the WACTCLC discussed the possibility of fulfillment network implementation at its open session prior to the fall LLC meeting in Big Bend.

This will be the first of many discussions on the topic of fulfillment network implementation, should the consortium decide as a group to pursue that path.

In next week's discussion, I'd like to focus on the likely impact and commitment for institutional staff of participation in a fulfillment network.

Howard Fuller, Library Director at Whatcom, and current WACTCLC governance committee member, will be joining us for that discussion.
