I was able to resolve the BTC issue. The issue related to some cruft left over in the CSS file of the customization package.

This iPad2 (the one that is not displaying BTC results at Olympic) is running iOS 9.3.5.  Everything is running super slow but BTC's results never show up no matter how long I wait, whereas Olympic's do, after about 25 seconds.

I just tried it on a very old iPad2 and no results display for me for BTC.  My own results at Olympic do display however.
