Speaking of VE, will we be ending our Total Care contract when we get access to VE or will we still need that for some things?

Tammy,

Yes, the "Send to" options in Primo are sortable.

Just open a Primo TotalCare SF ticket, and let them know your preferred order, from left to right.

That's a pretty straightforward ticked, and should get taken care of pretty quickly.

(As with many of the Primo Back Office options, Primo VE will allow us the ability to do this ourselves.)

Is it possible to change the order of the items listed in the Send To section of full records in Primo?  It makes no sense to me to have the print and email options disappear off to the right on some displays.  To have them, permalink, and citation moved to the left in the series, do I need to submit a Sales Ford case?
