[Wactclc-primo] Color of Hyperlink on Primo Landing Page

Hey Traci,

Try this:

md-content md-card a {
    color: #3D6EE6 !important;
    text-decoration: underline;
}

It'll be locked to your New Search screen, lighten the link color, and for
extra styling it adds an underline to the link.
