[Wactclc-primo] Quick Primer on Primo Analytics

I looked around a bit the other day. I see under Popular Searches that database vendors are searched (eg Films on Demand) so I've put that one in the Resource Recommender feature so patrons can elect to go straight to the database interface if they want. It looks good to me - I've got more databases to enter. I'll consider other types of content for the Recommender later.

I can demo this at our Tuesday leads meeting, since Dale asked about Primo Analytics earlier.

But, to get started quickly:


1.       Log into your PBO

2.       Click on Primo Analytics

3.       In Primo Analytics, click on Catalog

4.       Under 'Shared Folders / Primo / Dashboards', you can open the example dashboards, or expand them to look at their individual reports

Those Dashboards, and also the reports under 'Operations' and 'Usage', will give you an excellent first look at the kinds of data you can get out of Primo Analytics.
