[Wactclc-primo] Salesforce Request for Primo Changes: Limits?

In general, don't worry about Primo change ticket limitations. ExL Support will let you know if you're pushing the limits.

At the rate we've generally be requesting changes, I don't think anyone has anything to worry about.

Meanwhile, from the switch to support meetings, these are the "official" parameters of Primo Total Care:

Core Primo TotalCare Services

*       Pipe & Indexing monitoring / correction

*       Normalization updates

*       Primo Central profile updates

*       Monthly changes upon request

o   Update static html (or links to customermaintained css/html)

*       Quarterly changes upon Request

o   Customize additional data sources to create additional indexes; display local fields; change order of display fields; change field captions & labels

*       Semi-Annual changes upon request

o   Institution-specific updates including scopes & libraries; updates to search/delivery restriction

It is my understanding that we can only request a certain number of changes, in a specific time period, through Salesforce, as Primo Total Care customers. Can anyone confirm this for me?
