This is more likely than not an issue on the campus side, not the Ex Libris side.

You should notify your IT group that your external authentication has stopped working.

Is anyone having problems logging in to Alma or Primo this morning? We are only able to log in using our generic account. I checked the system status link, and it does not show a problem. I will submit a case.
