[Wactclc-primo] Open Access Portfolios

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me if an open access electronic portfolio can be added to Alma, so it is searchable in Primo? I am looking to add "Journal of Oral Hygiene & Health<https://www.omicsonline.org/ArchiveJOHH/currentissue-oral-hygiene-health-open-access.php>".
