[Wactclc-primo] Internal user logins

 A few of our community patrons wanted to use our Primo interface, but were
unable. Internal patrons were able to login during implementation using
their primary identifier and a password that was set in Alma. Is an
additional config or request that has to be made to allow internal patrons
to login to Primo?
