[Wactclc-primo] Primo - Customize Links in Topbar/Main Menu

I'm probably having a Monday/1st Day of Classes moment, but as Total Care customers do we NOT have the ability to do our own customizations to links on Primo topbar - aka the Main Menu Links? Looking around Back Office, it doesn't seem like something in the ZIP file and we don't seem to have the "Views Wizard" in this documentation<https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Primo/Product_Documentation/New_Primo_User_Interface/Back_Office_Configuration_for_New_UI#Main_Menu_Links>. But maybe I'm missing it.

Did anyone else have TAGS mysterious appear this summer? I'm guessing after an update, since it's a default link.
