[Wactclc-primo] {Spam?} Logout Landing Page

Lesley,

I have a SF ticket on this (#00478455). My IT guy said it may have to do with ADFS itself, something about ADFS requires logout to land on the same domain page as the login page; otherwise it kicks it to a page in ADFS. Mine and yours are probably the designated “error” and “logout” page from ADFS server.

I’m hoping ExLibris has a better answer since they said logout redirects could be done in their Patron Directory Services Guide (Chapter 8 Logout Configuration, page 115), "If you want to direct the user to a specific URL after logout, you can configure the redirect logout option."

If I can’t redirect to my library homepage, I may just have them set the logout landing page to Primo simple search, like Dale’s and Elena’s.

Fellow ADFS authenticator here!

When we logout, it takes us out of Primo and to a logout page. This is on my list, but because it’s not technically an error page, it’s been low on said list.

Lily- should we explore this together?

When we logout at Edmonds we return to the simple search screen of Primo.
