Hi Traci,
If your staff are using internal accounts, then the most likely source of the problem with student access (external accounts) is within your local network.
You should notify your local IT about this problem.

Hi Folks,
Our students are unable to log into their OneSearch accounts using their network credentials. All staff are able to log in successfully. Has anyone else been having this issue? I thought I would check here first, before submitting a support case.
