I also asked Jacklyn for the verbiage to explain what was done in Pierce's PBO.

"I created a new ranking booster 1 rule, based on a constant source type with a value of "4". I kept the original rule, with a value of "1", but made the new rule the 1st one. Any of your colleagues who would like this rule in their institutions, can just refer to this case when they open their own cases, and whoever takes responsibility for those new cases can find the rule I made in your back office and replicate it. Also, just FYI, as a follow-up to today's C1 in-person meeting at Highline on the New Primo UI and the discussion about relevancy ranking in Primo...

The "term of art", so to speak, in the PBO for relevancy ranking search results in Primo is "boosting" or "results boosting".

So, if you search Primo documentation for those terms, you will find relevant (no pun intended) content, such as:
