It seems like if they can point to the basic search limited to the reserves scope, they could as easily point to the advanced search limited to the reserves scope.   Couldn’t hurt to ask.

This is interesting.  I was under the belief also that we could not get "Reserves" on the top.  All it does at Green River is change the search window to a general search of reserves, whereas to get more accurate data you still need to do an an Advanced Search for Course Reserves.  I get very different results when doing a general search vs. an advanced search.

Hi Lesley,

I apologize, but unfortunately, the Course Reserves is a search scope and is coded to be in the location it is in and cannot be moved. On the other side, the Browse link is a tab and can be moved to the location you ask, but requires customization that is outside the scope of support. If you have a web developer that would like to make the changes, they can, but please know, if any issues arise, it will not be supported.

As much as possible, we'd like to keep the things we believe are working in our classic UI.

Can we please move the "Course Reserves" dropdown to instead be the second item in the top menu bar?
Can we take the "Browse" button from the top menu bar and move it as a link below "Advanced Search"? "Browse Search"
