[Wactclc-primo] New Primo UI at Washington State University

WSU is the first Orbis Cascade Alliance member to make the switch to the New Primo UI.

Especially for Cohort 1, who have the new Primo UI on the brain, the WSU is a good site to look at as an example of an institution that has recently switched from the old to the new Primo UI.
