Elena,

There is a setting in the PBO (Primo Back Office) that needs to be adjusted.

You don't have access to that setting, so you'll just need to open an SF ticket to request that change.

Just be sure to specify for them the time format you would like patrons to see, 01:30 PM or whatever.

Does anyone know how to change the time a loan is due in Primo? It's showing up in military time, which will be confusing to many of our students. We managed to figure out how to do this in Alma so that our staff see "standard" time display, but I can't figure out where to change this for the Primo student accounts.
