The loan anonymization is configured under:

Admin / Fulfillment / General / Fulfillment Jobs Configuration.

Within the anonymization section, you can set up anonymization rules to determine which loans do or do not get anonymized, filtering on user group, location, library, or days since loan ended.

Is that anonymization job configured using Fulfilment units, Material Type, Policy??

Not if you've anonymized circ history.  You can see historic use by user groups, but the anonymization job strips info that identifies individual patrons out of both Alma and Alma Analytics.

It's possible to configure different anonymization schedules for different types of materials.  For example, we anonymize "regular" circulating materials after 2 days (I think), but we keep circ history for circulating equipment for 6 months.


It will be ok!
