[Wactclc-alma] Anyone else seeing name display issues in Alma/Primo?

Hey all,

Ex Libris support was able to help me solve this. It involved going into
the User Management section of Alma config, the option "User Name Display."
I changed the public row's displayed name type from 'preferred' to 'main.'
All first names are now showing on my end.
