[servicedesk_techs] Service Desk Software Upgrade

Hi All,

I have found a possible workaround to the issue regarding email notifications and will need to restart the ServiceDesk WHD service. This will take about 5 minutes. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi all,



There is a new version of SolarWinds Web Help Desk that is available for install and I'm planning on doing it after 8:30pm on Wednesday the 23rd.  I will take the website offline around that time to backup all volumes prior to installing the update. I expect to be finished before 10PM, but could run late and will send notification upon completion.



Additionally, for those techs who have not already subscribed to the servicedesk_techs at lists.ctc.edu<mailto:servicedesk_techs at lists.ctc.edu> mailing lists, please do, it is going to be used for these types of notifications in the future.
