[servicedesk_techs] Service Desk Software Upgrade - WHD Hotfix

Hi All,



There is another security fix for SolarWinds Web Help Desk that I will be installing tonight, after 8:30pm.  I will take it offline around that time to backup all volumes prior to installing the update. I expect to be finished before 10PM, but could run late and will send notification upon completion.
