[RO] Admissions App/Residency/Citizenship

Hi Nicki!

All 34 Community and technical colleges use the same online admissions
application.

The request was to have the application ask the same questions (like the
WASFA) and if they qualified for in state- then it would skip the residency
questions.

There has been a delay in the update due to recent federal and State events.

I wish we had a sample to show you.
