[RO] Financial Independence

Good afternoon all,

I was wondering if anyone has worked with a student who receives or have an "ABLE" account? If so, do you count that as the student income for those wanting to apply as a financial independent student?

I've looked online and it says that it's a savings account for eligible people with disabilities and is also known as 529 ABLE.
