[RO] Question about Updating the Residency status to Out-Of-State

Good afternoon,

I have an interesting question regarding one of our returning students.

The student's residency status was In-State since Winter 2021. She
currently lives in South Carolina and her address was updated to be SC
state in the ctcLink. She is planning to take classes at Edmonds College
and receive financial aid.

How can we update the residency status to Out of State?
