[Pubrec] FW: Public Records Question

Good morning:

We have received an e-mail from @proton.ed with regards to a public records requests.  They never were received by the intended but was in the Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service. Our IT is researching this as it seems to be originated from outside the United States.  After doing some research our IT found the original e-mail was in early December and then another e-mail received on January 10th.

I have a question:

  1.  Have you received any e-mails from @proton.ed?
     *   If so, have you responded?
     *   Did you encounter the same issue that we have with regards to: not receiving the original e-mails and then all of a sudden receiving one?

We are currently looking into this to see if it is a scam.  Your help would be appreciated.  Thank you.  JoNell
