[Pubrec] Request for IT Info

Good morning,

I'm reaching out to this list about a public records request we received in August regarding the recent IT reclassification. The request was from a Mr. Evans. I believe some other agencies also received that request and I'm wondering how you handled the request for the number of:

  *   Number of total active computer/network user accounts
  *   Number of devices (desktop/laptop) in service
  *   Number of physical servers on site
  *   Number of virtualized servers (anywhere)
  *   Number of domains
  *   Number of domain controllers
  *   Number of network printers

Our IT department is reluctant to release this info as they believe it is exempt under RCW 42.56.420(4). We are consulting with our AAG but I'm wondering if any other schools have already released this portion?
