[LIBRARYDIR] student fees

We do not charge a specific fee for these services, but they are paid for through a number of fees including the student building fee ($6 per credit), the online class fee ($8 per credit), and the technology fee ($40 per quarter for 1-9 credits and $50 for 10+ credits). Additionally, RS students pay fees of $5 per credit up to a maximum cap of $50 and international students pay a fee of $495 per quarter.

Good afternoon,



Many, or maybe all of our colleges charge a technology fee or recreation center or fitness center fee or athletic department fee, etc. And I suspect we all charge fee for course with an attached lab component.

I’m looking to tap the collective wisdom of the group to discover if any of our college’s charge a student fee, either a combined fee or individual fee, for: Library service; tutor/math center; writing center; or some similar service.

And how much do you charge?

I’ll share out in a few days.
