[LIBRARYDIR] WACTCLC Bylaws vote FRIDAY

Good afternoon,

As I shared at the last LLC meeting, the WACTCLC Executive Committee has done work to update the bylaws of that organization. We will be closing the period for comments THIS WEDNESDAY in preparation for calling a vote to approve the new bylaws.
