[LIBRARYDIR] Orbis Cascade Alliance?

Hello Library Leaders,
Do you subscribe to CINAHL with full text through the Orbis Cascade Alliance?  Did you recently sign a new institutional MOU agreement? Does anyone happen to know the cost savings of purchasing through OCA vs just EBSCO?
