[LIBRARYDIR] Mobile print?

Yes? Ish?
In that they have to connect to the college wifi with their personal device (no off-campus access), navigate to the NetPrint dashboard, login, upload the document, choose a printer, send it to the queue, release it from the queue and print that way.  (It’s onerous.)

No app or anything, but they ultimately can print from their personal device.
