Thank you, Daniel! I am including everyone in my response because I think it might be useful information for future host institutions:

Generally, it involves working with the LLC e-team via email on logistics like arranging the location(s) and technology needed on campus, breakfast and lunch offerings (reimbursed by LLC, of course), and either reserving a hotel block or making hotel recommendations, ideally for ones that offer the state/government rate. The great thing is you likely have an eLC colleague who can assist in the planning, too. Other recent hosts (*nudge*Leslie?*nudge), please let me know if there's anything I've clearly missed!

If you think your VP(s) would approve North Seattle as the host, Daniel, I can take the proposal to eLC. I hope this helps!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Grays Harbor College will no longer be able to host the planned joint summer meeting between LLC and eLC, scheduled for July 31 and August 1.
