[LIBRARYDIR] Question regarding BAS program applications

Good morning all~
I was asked to provide information on Library Services for a BAS-T degree option WWCC is applying for. The administrator completing the application shared a statement on library services used in prior BAS program applications but these were strikingly written from the angle of "the library has all it needs to support this program."
While I can cite existing material resources that we currently have which will support this program, to me there is going to be a clear gap in ongoing funding for this new program in terms of materials and adequate staffing. There is also no mention of the LLC rubric for BAS programs.
I did a little snooping around and I noticed a couple folks also addressed this concern, but I feel like I am in a bit of an awkward position where I can state these limitations of our existing resources but administration in a push to add this program will likely disregard my additions.
Can I get a sense from the great minds in the room of what your experience has been? I wonder, is there any avenue to bring these concerns to the BAS Leadership council or other group?
Thanks for your thoughts!
All my best,
Jacquelyn
