The Washington State Library is pleased to launch a collection development mini-grant pilot program for English language learner materials at community and technical college (CTC) libraries. These grants will fund up to $500 for up to 10 CTC libraries to create or augment collections of books for adult English learners. The application period opens February 1 and closes March 1, 2023.
