[LIBRARYDIR] [EXTERNAL] - OER and Barnes and Noble Contracts

Hello All,
Colleen Sanders has done some great research on bookstore contracts and OER
over the last couple of years. When I was in Oregon (until 2021) we were
having many conversations about equity, OER and access to materials in
relation to the bookstores. This is not to pick on any one vendor or
process. It is great research though.
