We keep hearing from our students that they do not get the emails generated by Alma. Sounds like spam filters are killin us.

If we forward them with our personal BBCC emails THEN we hear back from the students that they will return things right away.  NOT having to do extra work for overdues WAS a huge selling point for me.

We do not use receipt printers.  We stamp or write the due date on the book and verbally inform our patrons.
