The Director of Student Learning Center provides strategic direction and
leadership to learning centers and tutoring services at the college. This
position oversees tutoring functions of all learning centers as well as
general supervision of the program specialist. This position works
collaboratively with subject matter experts, academic departments, and
programs of the college to ensure tutoring and learning center outcomes are
met. This position communicates with colleagues across the college to
connect and collaborate on new ways to serve students, and advocate for the
Student Learning Center. This position manages tutoring and learning center
design, implementation, assessment, and operational needs.  Visit the Student

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

   - Responsible for leadership of tutoring and student learning centers
   for the college
   - Continuously improve the Student Learning Center and tutoring services
   for student academic support including the ongoing implementation of
   updated systems/infrastructure for the college
   - Manage program assessment, design, implementation and strategic
   direction for the unit
   - Supervise tutors and other unit staff
