[LIBRARYDIR] [EXTERNAL] Re: Study Rooms?

We are allowing normal study room use. Users choice if they mask or not.
Groups allowed. The only thing we did differently was have people schedule
the rooms via QR code on the door rather than a tablet that was in the
hall. The reason for this was because the tablet was no longer working.
