I am late to this thread, but I just wanted to send all the thanks to the folks that made this happen. Jess, what a gift you've given us with that LibGuide!!

On a related note, I wanted to share that there is a Library Juice Press class called Recruiting and Retaining Librarians from Underrepresented Minoritized Groups<https://libraryjuiceacademy.com/shop/course/211-recruiting-retaining-librarians-underrepresented-minoritized-groups/?attribute_pa_session=2021-10-oct> coming up on October 4th. Here is the description of this class:

"This course will address recruitment strategies that will improve your chance of attracting a diverse pool of applicants and minimize the influence of unintended biases in the selection process. Of course, hiring is just the first step to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We will also address factors that influence the long term retention of librarians from underrepresented minority groups."
