[LIBRARYDIR] [EXTERNAL] - Vaxed Campuses

We're not allowing community members/borrowers currently, just staff, faculty, and students. We have computer attestation kiosks and allow daily symptom attestations and for library staff to be able to check both those and vaccination status. The status disappears after 30 seconds, so privacy concerns are minimal.

Tim,
We're also "vaccinated campus" in winter quarter. I'm happy to schedule a chat since I think we're in similar situations.

We are open to the public (we house the local county law library) and have a visitor health attestation check in station at the library front doors. It only requires attestation of no symptoms, doesn't ask about vaccination status.

Our computers require login, so that's how we've been attempting to identify who is community versus student (although everyone is supposed to complete a health attestation before coming into buildings).

One of the areas I'm not seeing addressed is how everyone is dealing with community users.  I'D LOVE some input on that one. Being in the part of the state I am I can see this potentially being a nightmare.

O.k., I admit it.  I haven't been paying much attention to what everyone else has been doing as they reopen because we were one of the three campuses that were not requiring them.





However, our president recently announced that as of Winter quarter we will be a fully vaccinated campus.



Weren't we collecting info on what everyone was doing?  Can someone point me in the right direction?
